Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → GymAmor → Cancel. You can also manage your subscription from the app under Settings → Manage Subscription.
Yes. Your workouts, templates, programs, and progress are automatically backed up to the cloud. If you switch devices or reinstall, your data restores on sign-in.
Go to Settings → About & Support → Restore Purchases. This will restore any active subscriptions linked to your Apple ID.
